Following an event brand

Follow an event

On an event's page, tap Follow. The button reads Following and the page says: "You'll hear on the days it runs, and if a date gets canceled."

• On each day the event runs, you get one alert in the morning.
• If the organizer cancels a date, you hear that too, with the reason they gave.
• Updates the organizer posts show under From the organizer on the page.

Follow a brand

A brand is the series behind the events: a weekly market with several locations, or a festival that tours neighborhoods. Following the brand from the shelf follows every date and location it runs, so one follow covers Smorgasburg's Saturdays and Sundays at each park, or every stop of a touring festival.

Stop following

Tap Following on the event or the brand. Alerts stop at once.

Where your followed events show

Switch the Events screen to Following to see only them. On the Home tab, the Markets & events row puts followed events first.
