Redeeming a coupon or offer at the window

An offer is redeemed at the window, on your phone, with the merchant confirming it.

Before you go

Open Me → My offers and tap the offer. Check the merchant's terms and dates, and whether they are live. If the page reads Not out right now, tap Alert me when they're out.

At the window

1. Order and tell the merchant you have a HeyTruk offer.
2. Open the offer. When the merchant is live and you are there, the page reads You're here and the redeem control unlocks: "Redeem unlocks when they're live and you're there."
3. Slide to redeem, then hand your phone to the merchant for Merchant: confirm redemption. They tap Confirm redemption.
4. The offer is marked Redeemed and the merchant applies it to your order.

The merchant decides what the offer covers; a "$2 off the combo" applies to the combo, not to everything on the menu.

After redeeming

A redeemed offer stays under My offers as a record and cannot be used again.

Changed your mind

Before you redeem, Cancel claim gives the deal back to the merchant, and you can claim it again while it runs.

If it does not unlock

The control stays locked when the merchant is not live, when you are not at their spot, or when the offer has ended. See An offer was refused or did not apply.
