Who offers Drops and promotionsEvery Drop, coupon, punch card and food reward on HeyTruk is created and fulfilled by the merchant. HeyTruk shows the offer and records your claim.
What a Drop isA Drop is a limited item a merchant announces for a set day: a special for a day or a week, a new menu item with a launch time, or a limited item you can pre-order.
The Drops tabLive now, Coming up and Previous Drops near your Radar, with a filter for the ones you asked to be told about.
Want it, Notify me and Pre-orderNotify me sends an alert when a Drop goes live. Want it tells the merchant you are interested. Pre-order reserves one through the merchant's own page.
My offers and claimed itemsEverything you have claimed, in one place under Me: merchant deals, Tuesday Shuffle coupons and Weekly Draw prizes, each with its state.
Promotions and offers from trucksThe kinds of offer a merchant can run, where each one shows in the app, and how they differ from Drops.
Using a punch card or stamp cardOne stamp for each verified visit, one per truck per day. At the merchant's stamp count a reward is ready; show it at the window.
Redeeming a coupon or offer at the windowOpen the offer under My offers when the merchant is live and you are there, slide to redeem, and the merchant confirms on your screen.
An offer was refused or did not applyCheck the dates, the truck, whether it was already used and what it covers. Ask the merchant first, then report it so repeated problems are followed up.
