What a Drop is

A Drop is something a merchant makes available for a limited time and announces ahead. There are three kinds:

• Specials for a day or a week. A dish that is only on for that window.
• New menu items with their launch times. The first day a new item is out.
• Limited items you can pre-order. A set number, reserved in advance through the merchant's own ordering page.

A Drop is not an offer or a coupon. Nothing is discounted and nothing is claimed; it is an item, out on a day, that you can ask to be told about. Offers are separate; see Promotions and offers from trucks.

Where Drops come from

Each Drop is posted by the merchant, with its own dates, quantity and price. The merchant decides when it is out and when it ends; HeyTruk shows it and sends the alerts you asked for.

Where to find them

The Drops tab lists what is Live now, Coming up and Previous, near your active Radar. Each merchant's page also shows their Drops under More from. See The Drops tab.
