Who offers Drops and promotions

Every offer you see in HeyTruk comes from a merchant: the truck, cart or pop-up that posted it. That includes Drops, coupons, punch cards and stamp cards, first-visit offers, and the food rewards you redeem from Truk Shop. The merchant decides what the offer is, how long it runs, what it covers and how many there are, and the merchant hands it over at the window.

HeyTruk's part is to show you the offer, let you claim it, and keep a record of the claim so the merchant can see it.

What that means when you claim

• The claim screen shows the merchant's name and the terms they set. Read them before you walk over; a Drop for the first twenty customers may be gone by the time you arrive.
• The merchant checks your claim at the window. Show the screen or the code; they confirm it.
• An expired, used or wrong-truck claim can't be honored. The app shows the expiry on every claim.

If an offer is refused or changed

1. Ask the merchant at the window first. Most refusals are an expired claim or a sold-out item, and they can tell you in a sentence.
2. If you believe the claim was valid and it was still refused, contact support with the merchant's name, the offer, and the date and time.
3. HeyTruk follows up with merchants whose offers are refused repeatedly. HeyTruk does not refund a merchant's offer.

Prizes in the weekly draw

Draw prizes are sponsored by merchants too. The prize card names the sponsoring merchant, who fulfills the prize. The official rules cover eligibility and timing.
