Using a punch card or stamp card

Merchants who turn on stamps give you a punch card for their truck. The card and its rewards are the merchant's: they choose how many stamps a reward takes and what it is.

Earn a stamp

1. Pay at the window first.
2. Tap the HeyTruk sticker on the merchant's stand with your phone, or open their page and tap I just paid.
3. The app checks for a fresh payment and adds the stamp. Stamps land within 10 minutes of paying; if you just paid, give it a few seconds and it retries once on its own.

One stamp a day per truck. A second purchase the same day reads "Already counted today."

If the merchant has not switched on rewards, the app says so and offers to follow them so you hear when they do.

See your card

From the merchant's page, tap See my punch card. The card shows your stamps and the reward you are working toward: "One stamp for each verified visit."

Redeem the reward

When you reach the stamp count, the card reads A reward is ready. Tap it, then Show this at the window. The merchant checks the code on your screen and hands over the reward. Redeeming a punch card reward also earns HT Rewards points.

Stamps and points are different things

A stamp belongs to one merchant's card. HT Rewards points are HeyTruk's, earned across every merchant, and the same verified visit earns both. See Verified purchases and stamps.
