Following a cuisine
You follow a cuisine through a Radar's cravings: any truck of that cuisine that opens in range sends a Hey.
There is no separate follow button for a cuisine. Cuisines are followed per Radar, as cravings: a Radar with tacos in its cravings alerts you when any taco truck opens inside its range, whether or not you follow that truck.
Add a cuisine to a Radar
- On Home, tap the location pill at the top left, or open Me → Radar.
- Tap the pencil next to the saved location.
- Under Cravings, search or tap chips to add cuisines.
- Tap Save location.
Set cravings to Everything and the Radar listens for every cuisine.
Hear from a cuisine and specific trucks
The same screen has Trucks you always want to hear from. Those trucks alert you in that Radar whatever its cravings say, so a Radar can listen for tacos in general and your two favorite dumpling carts in particular.
Alerts for new trucks
Cravings only decide which cuisines count. Whether a truck you have never heard from sends a Hey or waits for the daily summary is set under Me → Alerts → New trucks in your Radar. See Which trucks alert you.
