Following: Chasing and Regulars
What Regulars get
A Regular hears from the truck wherever it sets up, Radar or not. Status shows on your Me tab, your friends see when you earn it, and merchants see how many Regulars they have.
Being a Regular is a status at one merchant, earned by showing up: three visits in 30 days. It does four things.
- Alerts wherever they set up. When a truck where you are a Regular pulls up, you get a Hey, anywhere, with no Radar check: "Jamrock Jerk is open now on 46th and 6th. You're a Regular here. Open till 3 PM." Your pause switch and alert hours still apply, and it is never more than one Hey per truck per day.
- Your Regulars list. Me → Regulars keeps the trucks you keep going back to in one place, with their scores, so the next decision is quick.
- Your friends see it. The moment you become a Regular somewhere, it lands in your friends' feed. It is the one status in HeyTruk you cannot buy or tap your way into.
- Merchants see the count. A merchant can see how many Regulars they have, never who. It tells them which corners have people coming back.
Regular status lasts a rolling 30 days; stop visiting and the alerts stop with it. Chasing and the bell are unchanged; see Which trucks alert you.
