Order status and shipping
Merch and prizes ship to a US address within 10 business days, with tracking by email. The order screen shows each step from address received to shipped.
Open the item under Redemption, or Track Order after a card purchase, to see where it is.
The steps
- Needs a shipping address. Add one to start it. US addresses only.
- Address received, sending soon. "It ships with the next merch run. We'll email tracking to the address you gave."
- In production. Printing now. Tracking arrives by email when it ships.
- Shipped. Tracking is in your email.
- Returned to sender. The carrier sent it back; support emails you to sort out the address.
- Order canceled. Support emails you with why.
Timing
Merch ships within 10 business days of your address being received. Draw prizes that ship follow the same run.
Changing the address
Email support@heytruk.com before it ships. Once it is printed and in the carrier's hands it goes to the address you gave.
Draw prizes that ship
A prize you won in the Weekly Draw that needs shipping asks for an address in the same way: "You won this in the draw. Where should it go? US addresses only."
