Buying with pointsTap an item, check the price in points, and redeem. Points come off your balance at once, redemptions are final, and your level never drops.
Redeeming a food reward at the windowA food reward from Truk Shop works at any partner truck this week. Show it at the window and the merchant taps to confirm.
Buying merchMerch is printed to order and ships to a US address. Pay with points or a card, add your address, and tracking arrives by email.
Access passes and game skinsFirst Taste gets you new menu items before launch; Event VIP gets early entry at rallies and markets. Game skins arrive when FoodRUN has them to sell.
Gift cardsThe $5 Visa card is sent by email within a day to the address on your account.
Order status and shippingMerch and prizes ship to a US address within 10 business days, with tracking by email. The order screen shows each step from address received to shipped.
Order problems and refundsMissing, wrong or damaged merch: email support with the order and a photo. Food rewards and gift cards are handled by the merchant or by email. Redemptions are final otherwise.
