Truk Shop
What Truk Shop is
Truk Shop is where points are spent: food rewards at partner trucks, HeyTruk merch, a gift card, and access passes. Merch can also be bought with a card.
Open Me → Truk Shop, or Earn → Truk Shop in the logo menu. Everything in it is priced in HT Rewards points, and some merch can be bought with a card instead.
The aisles
- Food. A free drink or item at any partner truck. The reward is honored by the merchant at their window; see Redeeming a food reward.
- Merch. Sticker pack, tote, hat, tee, and merch from the trucks and merchants you follow. Printed to order and shipped; see Buying merch.
- Gift card. A $5 Visa card, sent by email within a day.
- Access. First Taste (new menu items before launch) and Event VIP (early entry at rallies and markets). See Access passes and game skins.
- Game. Skins for FoodRUN, when they go on sale.
Draw entries are not sold; they come from what you do each week. See Weekly draw.
Legend early access
Some merch opens to Legends first: "Legend early access. Everyone else sees it in 48 hours." A few items are Legend only. See Levels.
Who fulfills what
Food rewards are fulfilled by the merchant at the window. Merch and gift cards are fulfilled by HeyTruk and ship to the address you give. Access passes are honored by the merchant or event they name.
