Buying with points
Tap an item, check the price in points, and redeem. Points come off your balance at once, redemptions are final, and your level never drops.
- Open Truk Shop and tap an item. The page shows the price in points, what it is, and for merch the sizes and colors.
- Tap Redeem with points. For merch, pick a size and color first; for an item that can also be bought with a card the button reads Redeem with points or purchase.
- Confirm. The points come off your balance at once and the item moves to Redemption with what happens next.
Before you redeem
- Redemptions are final. No returns or exchanges, except merch that arrives damaged or misprinted.
- Food rewards need a partner truck; the item says "Any partner truck".
- Access passes need you to opt in or to be attending the event they name.
- An item that reads "That item isn't in Truk Shop right now" has sold out or been taken down; check back.
Your level
Spending points never lowers your level. Your level is set by the points you earn in a year, not the points you hold. See Levels.
Your balance
The balance at the top of the Rewards screen is what you can spend. If it is lower than you expected, Why did my points not show up? walks through the reasons.
