Changing your phone number
Your phone number is how you sign in and how friends find you. Change it from Settings and confirm the new number with a texted code.
- Open Me → Settings → Account.
- Tap your phone number and enter the new one.
- We text a one-time code to the new number. Enter it to confirm.
Your account, points, Radars and lists stay exactly as they are; only the number changes. Sign-in codes go to the new number from then on.
Adding an email
Email is optional and used for receipts, reminders, gift cards and the This weekend digest. Add or change it under Account in Settings.
Signed in with Apple
If you signed in with Apple and never added a phone, the app asks for one so friends can find you. Add it under Account.
Lost access to the old number
If you cannot receive a code on the old number and have not changed it yet, contact support from the email on your account, or with details that identify it (username, recent visits).
