A tour of SettingsEvery row in Me → Settings and what it controls: alerts, preferences, privacy and data, help, support, legal and account.
Your profileYour name, username, photo and a line about what you eat. The username is public; friends find you by it.
Changing your phone numberYour phone number is how you sign in and how friends find you. Change it from Settings and confirm the new number with a texted code.
Alert settingsEverything about alerts in one place: the Alerts screen, pause, sound, hours, and the line question.
Location and map settingsLocation permission is set in your phone's Settings; the app uses it to pick your Radar and show Near Me. Map data comes from Apple Maps and OpenStreetMap.
Distance units and languageSwitch between miles and kilometers in Settings. Language follows your phone.
Demo mode and the Beta TourDemo mode fills the app with sample content so you can try everything without real merchants nearby. The Beta Tour turns it on; Exit Tutorial turns it off and clears demo activity.
Download my dataOne tap in Settings exports a copy of everything HeyTruk keeps about you, as a file you can save or share from your phone.
Delete your accountDeleting removes your account, Radars, ratings and saved trucks for good. Points, unused rewards and draw entries go with it. Download your data first if you want a copy.
Privacy and locationWhat HeyTruk stores, what shows to other people and how to turn each thing off, and what merchants can and cannot see.
Supporting HeyTrukHeyTruk is free for eaters and merchants. Become a supporter or buy us a coffee from Settings; Founding Members have a wall of their own.
