Download my data
One tap in Settings exports a copy of everything HeyTruk keeps about you, as a file you can save or share from your phone.
- Open Me → Settings → Privacy and data.
- Tap Download my data: "A copy of everything HeyTruk keeps about you."
- The app builds the export and opens your phone's share sheet. Save it to Files, or send it to yourself.
What is in it
Your account details, saved Radars, follows and chase list, rankings and Bite Notes, verified visits and points history, tags you submitted, orders and redemptions, and your settings.
If it fails
"Couldn't export. Try again in a moment." means the export did not build; check your connection and tap again. If it keeps failing, contact support and we send the export by email to the address on your account.
