Delete your account
Deleting removes your account, Radars, ratings and saved trucks for good. Points, unused rewards and draw entries go with it. Download your data first if you want a copy.
- If you want a copy of anything, download your data first.
- Open Me → Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. "This permanently removes your account, radars, ratings, and saved trucks. It can't be undone."
What is removed
Your profile, phone number and email, Radars, follows and lists, rankings, Bite Notes and photos, points balance, unused Truk Shop rewards and Weekly Draw entries, tags in review, and your settings.
What stays
- Merchant menus you photographed that went live stay on the listing, without your name.
- Records HeyTruk must keep by law (for example, a merch order's payment record) are kept for the required period, without your profile.
- Public scores a truck earned from your rankings stay in its aggregate, with no link to you.
Instead of deleting
Sign out signs you out on this phone and keeps everything. Pause alerts quiets the app. Share my activity off hides you from feeds. See Privacy and location.
