A tour of Settings
Every row in Me → Settings and what it controls: alerts, preferences, privacy and data, help, support, legal and account.
Open Me → Settings. Top to bottom:
Beta Test
- Beta Tour: seven quick missions to test HeyTruk; turns on demo mode. Exit Tutorial turns demo mode off and clears demo activity. See Take the in-app tutorial.
Alerts
- Alerts: which trucks and events alert you, and how often.
- Pause alerts: no truck alerts until you turn this back on.
- Alert sound: the jingle that plays; tap one to hear it.
- Alert hours: when alerts can reach you; add a window for each part of your day.
- Ask me about lines: at a truck, the app asks how long the line is. Works with the app closed.

Preferences
- Distance units: miles or kilometers.
- Language: set in your phone's settings.
Privacy and data
- Privacy: what you share and who sees your profile.
- Download my data: a copy of everything HeyTruk keeps about you.
