Demo mode and the Beta Tour

Demo mode

Sample merchants, Drops, offers and events appear in the app so every screen has something on it. Anything you do with sample content (claim a demo offer, rank a demo truck) is demo activity; it earns nothing and is cleared when demo mode ends. Demo cards say so: "Demo card: nothing was claimed."

Demo mode is one setting across the app, the merchant app and admin: "Turning it off here turns it off everywhere."

The Beta Tour

Settings → Beta Tour switches demo mode on and starts the seven missions. See Take the in-app tutorial.

Leaving demo mode

Settings → Exit Tutorial: "Turns off demo mode and clears your demo activity." Your real Radars, follows, points and lists are untouched.

Telling demo from real

Demo listings and cards are labeled. If you are not sure, open Settings: the Demo mode row shows whether it is on.
