Pause all alerts

1. Open Me → Settings.
2. Under Alerts, turn on Pause alerts. The row reads "No truck alerts until you turn this back on."

While paused, no Hey is sent for any truck or Radar. Everything else works: the map, the feed, Drops, rewards and your follows. Your Radars and the alert setting on each followed truck are kept exactly as they were.

Turn the switch off to resume. Alerts start again with the next truck that opens in range; nothing from the paused period is sent after the fact.

To quiet one truck instead

Open the merchant's page, tap the bell, and choose Only when something changes or No alerts. See Which trucks alert you.

To quiet certain hours instead

Set alert hours so alerts reach you only when you want them.
