Alerts (your Heys)

The Alerts screen

Me → Alerts is where every alert setting lives: each truck you follow and how often it alerts you, new trucks in your Radar, the daily summary and the weekend email.

Open Me and tap Alerts. The screen has five parts.

Your trucks

Every truck you follow, with the setting you chose for it: Every time they open near me, Only when something changes, or No alerts. Tap a truck to change it. Follow a truck from its page and it shows up here.

Your Radar

New trucks in your Radar: alert me when a truck I haven't seen there opens, or summary only.

Daily summary

One message at the time you set, listing what is open near your Radar tonight. Tap the time to change it, or turn the summary off.

This weekend

An email every Thursday with the food markets and street fairs near your Radar, plus events you follow. Enter your email and tap Send confirm link; the row reads Confirmed once you tap the link in the email. If it says "Check your inbox", tap it to send the link again.

How alerts work

A short reminder of the rules: trucks you follow never come through the Radar list, and trucks that are usually in your Radar go in the daily summary rather than as a Hey.

Turning a quieted truck back on

If you ignored three Heys in a row from one truck, the app quiets it and a banner says so. Tap Turn alerts back on on the banner, or change that truck's setting here.
