Words you will see

Radar. A saved location plus the range around it that HeyTruk watches for you. You can have several.

Hey. An alert. Your phone gets a Hey when a truck you follow opens inside your Radar.

Chasing. Trucks you saved with the bookmark. They alert you inside your Radar.

Regular. A truck where you have visited on three different days in 30 days. Regulars alert you wherever the truck sets up, and they are listed on the Me tab.

Live. The merchant is open and serving right now, confirmed by them. Open now and Open mean they are open by their schedule. Scheduled, Last seen and Usual spot are the other pins on the map.

Pulling up soon. Arriving near you within the next 60 minutes.

Drop. A limited item or special a merchant announces for a set day or window.

Offer. A deal a merchant posts on their page. Claim it, then redeem it at the window.

Rank. How you score a truck: a few which-was-better picks against trucks you have eaten at. It lands on your own list with a position and a score out of 10, in a band: Liked, Fine or Not for me.

Rank Score. A truck's public number, out of 10. Every truck starts at 8.0 and earns it from there; under 5 ranks it says New.

For you. What you would likely give a truck you haven't ranked yet, worked out from people whose lists overlap yours.

Friends. Your friends' average for a truck, shown on its page once you have friends.

Taste match. On a friend's Foodprint: how alike your two lists are, as a percent.

Bite Notes. What you ate at a truck: the dish, a photo, favorite bites, labels like "Big portions" or "Cash only", and a note. They show on the truck's page and under Bite Notes on your Me tab; the Private notes field is only for you.

Passport. A route of merchants. Visit every one to earn points and Weekly Draw entries.

Tuesday Shuffle. Pick one card every Tuesday for a deal from a merchant near you.

HT Rewards. Points, three levels (Snacker, Foodie, Legend), badges and crowns, your streak and the Weekly Draw.

Truk Shop. Where points are spent: food rewards, merch, game skins, gift cards.

FoodRUN and Lunch Rush. HeyTruk's two games. One scored run a day earns rewards.

TrukTag. Tagging a truck, cart or pop-up that is not on HeyTruk yet so it can be added.

Merchant. Any seller on HeyTruk: a truck, cart, trailer, stand or pop-up.
