Claiming a badge
An earned badge pays its points only when you tap Claim. Earned badges wait on the Rewards screen until you do, and there is no cap on badge points.
Earning a badge and collecting its points are two steps.
- The app tells you a badge is earned, with a card you can open.
- Open Me → Rewards. Earned badges wait under Redeem with a Claim reward button; the card reads Reward inside.
- Tap Claim reward. The points are added ("Added to your points") and the badge goes on your shelf: "It's on your badge shelf."
Nothing is collected for you. A badge you never claim keeps its points waiting; there is no deadline and no monthly ceiling on badge points.
Why claiming is manual
So the moment is yours: the badge ceremony plays when you claim, and you see the points land. It also keeps points from arriving while you are at a window and wondering where they came from.
Sharing a badge
Each badge card has Share badge. It makes an image of the badge for Messages or Instagram.
Badge points and your level
Badge points count at 25% toward your level, like other activity points. See Levels.
