How rewards workPoints for showing up and for what you do in the app, a level that resets by calendar year, badges that pay when you claim them, a daily streak, and a weekly draw with merchant prizes.
Earning pointsWhat pays points, how much, and how often: verified visits, first visits, punch card rewards, Bite Notes, ranking, following, referrals, weekly challenges, streak milestones and the daily games.
Levels: Snacker, Foodie, LegendYour level is set by the points you earn in a calendar year. Foodie at 2,500, Legend at 10,000. Reach it and you keep it through the end of the next year.
Verified purchases and stampsA visit is verified when you pay at the window and the app confirms the payment: tap the merchant's sticker, scan their code, or tap I just paid. One per merchant per day.
Badges: what they are and how to earn themBadges mark things you did in HeyTruk: milestones, neighborhoods, cuisines, loyalty, games, and a few secrets. Each level of a badge pays points when you claim it.
Claiming a badgeAn earned badge pays its points only when you tap Claim. Earned badges wait on the Rewards screen until you do, and there is no cap on badge points.
Badge progress and level-upsThe Badges screen shows every badge with how far along you are, the ones almost earned, and your crowns. A level-up has its own moment.
Your streakA day counts when you verify a visit, rank a merchant, log a Bite Note or play the Daily Route. One missed day in seven is forgiven. Milestones pay points.
Weekly drawEntries come from what you do each week. The draw closes Sunday night and is drawn Monday for prizes merchants put up. Free to enter; no purchase necessary.
The SpinOne Spin for every Daily Route you play in FoodRUN. It adds points to HT Rewards, and some results add a Weekly Draw entry.
Referrals and inviting friendsShare your invite link. When a friend joins and makes their first verified purchase, you get 500 points and 3 Weekly Draw entries.
Rank a truck and Bite NotesRank a merchant with a few which-was-better picks against ones you have eaten at, and see where it lands on your list. Add Bite Notes after. Both pay points.
Why did my points not show up?The visit was not verified, the action only pays once, it was the same day, the payment is still confirming, or the badge or challenge is waiting for Claim.
