HT Rewards
How rewards work
Points for showing up and for what you do in the app, a level that resets by calendar year, badges that pay when you claim them, a daily streak, and a weekly draw with merchant prizes.
HT Rewards has five parts. Open Me → Rewards to see all of them.
- Points. Every verified purchase at a merchant on HeyTruk pays 100 points and stamps that merchant's punch card. Ranking, Bite Notes, following, inviting friends, the daily games and weekly challenges pay too. Earning points has the table.
- Levels. Snacker, Foodie and Legend. Your level is set by the points you earn in a calendar year and kept through the end of the next. Levels.
- Badges and crowns. Badges mark things you did; each one pays points when you tap Claim. Crowns are contested titles for a cuisine in a neighborhood. Badges.
- Streak. A day counts when you visit, rank, log a Bite Note or play the Daily Route. Milestones pay points. Weekly streak.
- Weekly Draw. Entries from what you do each week; drawn Monday for prizes merchants put up. Weekly draw.
Spending points
Points are spent in Truk Shop on food rewards, merch, game skins and gift cards. Spending never lowers your level. See Truk Shop.
Punch cards are separate
A punch card belongs to one merchant and is stamped by your verified visits there. Points are HeyTruk's and work everywhere. The same visit earns both. See Using a punch card.
