The map is empty or stuck

1. Location is off. Without it the map opens on New York with nothing near "you". Allow location (phone Settings → HeyTruk → Location) or type a neighborhood in the search bar.
2. You are looking at another day. The Plan ahead control shows who is out later today or later this week. Set it back to now.
3. A filter is on. "Nothing matches those filters" means a cuisine or other filter excludes everything. Tap Clear filters.
4. No signal. The app shows the last lineup it loaded so the map is never blank, but pins do not update. Pull down to refresh when you have signal.
5. It is quiet right now. Early morning and late night have few merchants live. Pins marked Scheduled, Usual spot and Last seen show where merchants will be or usually are.
6. The app is stale. Swipe it away and reopen it. If the map still does not draw, update the app from the App Store.
