Alerts (your Heys)
Alert sound
Choose which jingle plays for a Hey: the HeyTruk jingle or the ice cream jingle. Ice cream trucks always play the ice cream one.
Every Hey plays a jingle. There are two.
- HeyTruk: the house jingle, the default for every merchant.
- Ice cream: the ice cream truck jingle. Ice cream trucks always play this one, whatever you pick; choosing it here plays it for every merchant.
Change it
- Open Me → Settings.
- Under Alerts, tap a sound under Alert sound. It plays once so you hear what you picked, and it is saved.
Silence it
To get Heys without sound, use your phone's settings: Settings → Notifications → HeyTruk → turn off Sounds. The alert still shows on your screen. To stop alerts altogether, see Pause all alerts.
