Report a listing or a photo
Wrong business, closed business, a listing that is not a merchant, or a photo that should not be there: report it from the page and tell us what is wrong.
A listing
Report a listing when it is the wrong business, a business that has closed, a duplicate, or not a food merchant at all. On the merchant's page tap Suggest an edit and say what is wrong. Listings come from merchants, organizers and fans' tags, and HeyTruk reviews every report.
A merchant who wants their own listing removed or changed does that from the merchant site, merchants.heytruk.com, where they can claim it.
A photo or a Bite Note
Tap Suggest an edit on the merchant's page and say which photo or note and what is wrong, or contact support with the merchant's name. Photos of people, anything offensive, and photos that are not of the merchant are removed.
A person
Profiles are reported from the profile; see Blocking and reporting a person.
What happens
Reports are reviewed by HeyTruk. Listings that break the rules are taken down or corrected; photos that break them are removed. You are not told who reported what, and neither is anyone else. For anything urgent, contact support.
